Licensed shooters request representatives vote against any further impositions, or adverse changes of categories in Weapons Act 1990.

State and territory Police Ministers are being canvassed right now for their support to reclassify Lever Action firearms from Category A to Cat B, Cat B to Cat C and Cat D. If your firearm is reclassified to either Cat C or Cat D you will be forced to surrender it. By the legal mechanism of changing Categories instead of “banning” they are effecting the same result without paying compensation.

IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY WRITTEN TO YOUR LOCAL MP & THE PREMIER, THERE’S STILL TIME!

You can see a list with contact details of all Queensland State MP’s here:

If you need any idea’s PLEASE FEEL FREE TO USE THIS LETTER.

Dear …………………..Member of Parliament.

I am totally dissatisfied with the un-democratic way in which the Labour Police Minister has failed to consult with the Firearms Owners of this state regarding adding further impositions to the ‘COAG’ National Firearm Agreements.

This blatantly dictatorial approach to government has caused great anger in the Firearms Community. A community, by the way, which represents over 15% of Queensland voters and is growing rapidly!

Our Members of Parliament, are supposed to consult and represent the will of the electorate to the House of Representatives.

We object to any further impositions on licensed firearm owners, or any reclassification of firearms categories and we pledge not to vote, ever again, for any Member of Parliament, or their political party that does!!!

Scapegoat’, or ‘Whipping Post’

We were the well behaved ‘Scapegoat’, or ‘Whipping Post’ in 1996 and 2003. Never Again

We law abiding firearm owners are Not going to be the sacrificial “Whipping Post”, Again!

They use ‘Gun Control’ as a tool to Make Innocents Pay the Price for the Guilty.
Why should we pay the price for their inability to police Islamic terrorists?
Why should we pay the price for their ‘anything goes’ immigration policy?
Why should we pay the price for their failed multicultural policy?
Immigration with assimilation works, a nation within our nation does not work, either they accept our Australian Constitution and its laws and take the Oath required by that Constitution, or leave.

OATH.

I, ………., do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second , Her heirs and successors according to law. SO HELP ME GOD!

Being faithful and bearing true allegiance to the crown means accepting the crowns laws, the laws of Australia, it means accepting our flag and our traditions. If they will not take that oath they should leave on the next flight out, or walk the plank and take swim back to where ever they came from.

“What has this got to do with us?”

In the midst of media demands for gun bans after the Muslim attack on a NON Halal Chocolate café in Sydney, a good friend of mine asked the most fundamental question: ” what’s this got to do with us?” When you think about it, as a peaceable, law-abiding firearm owner, it is a profound question that applies to many media-intensified tragedies, as well as to the Muslim Gang criminal violence in many cities. “What has this got to do with us?” The answer to that question is all-powerful: “Not a single thing!” As members of Firearm Associations, we are nearly a million lawful Australians among the unknown millions of citizens who own firearms, who might not be so lawful.

We are not criminals. Our pursuit of life, liberty and happiness and our exercise of our British Bill of Rights of 1689 has nothing whatsoever to do with crime. Yet the gun-banners often seem to equate our pursuit and the armed protection of our homes, families and communities with the actions of violent criminals. Many firearm owners have come to believe that so-called “gun control” is nothing more than an attempt to make the innocent pay the price for the guilty. Almost immediately after any violence even with knives our politicians are trumpeting demands for more gun control, specifically banning selected firearms from our firearm storage safes, which they made us acquire. The Muslim who perpetrated the Sydney Chocolate Siege had no licence, an illegal un registered firearm, and a criminal record so long, he should have been deported ten years back.

Monsters In Waiting.
Some other recent murderers have had no previous criminal or mental health record and, therefore, could have cleared all the Crim Trac and Interpol investigations and then joined the police force. Then they would have been issued with firearms, yet instead like many Islamic terrorist they could use knives, meat cleavers, or as in one recent case an illegal handgun given, or sold to them by a policeman. The latest addition as well as being glorified in live TV on-the-scene broadcast, the Islamic killers make videos of their crimes and post it on Facebook. One sent his manifesto to the ABC News saying, as a Muslim, he was trying to start a “Religious race war.” They are ‘monsters’ in waiting until the fateful day they are activated by their controllers. No, Crimtac or background check system can measure evil intent. Proponents of such measures the media and gun-ban politicians prove seemingly unable to differentiate between good and evil. They apparently cannot face the fact that there are bad people in this world. You cannot “prevent” evil. You can’t keep anything “out of the wrong hands” any more than you can keep evil thoughts out of anyone’s mind.

BLAMED AGAIN.
Every time, in the wake of tragedy, you and I are called on to be ‘blamed’. For the criminal acts of sociopaths, we are supposed to accept “responsibility.” “Responsibility.” That word has crept into the gun-ban lexicon to join the focus-group-tested, feel-good terms like “common sense” and “reasonable.” When the gun-ban crowd and their media co conspirators use that word, it doesn’t mean what it means to most of us now. When criminals commit violence, they are responsible individually under the law. Are they NOT?

Collective “Responsibility”?
Not in the media gun-ban playbook. When gun-banners, such as billionaires like Clive Palmer, George Sorus or Michael Bloomberg, or their minions ‘Gun Control Australia’ use the words, they are talking about collective “responsibility”, blame and guilt for all who peaceably exercise freedom, but apparently none for individual criminals for their acts of violence. This has been a gigantic shift to a what was called the best legal system in the world, instead of hundreds of years of individual responsibility for crime, now every law abiding firearm owner in Australia is responsible for all and every misdeed by any criminal who commits murder. Yet, our politicians reiterate regularly “that we cannot discriminate against Muslims for the actions of a few”. Why are they not collectively responsible like us? Why are they not being discriminated against? Why are they not suffering the loss of rights, the loss of property, the loss of their hobbies, the loss of their livelihood, the loss of the ability to defend themselves?

We Are Left Defenceless.
In Israel when they are being attacked by this same group, the citizens are encouraged to carry loaded firearms. This has recently saved many lives in Jerusalem. However, in Australia our government legislates to ensure we wear seatbelts, it legislates to ensure we wear crash helmets while we ride a bicycle, but legislates to ensure we cannot even defend ourselves in our own homes.

Surely this prompts huge questions, please ask your local members of parliament, both State and federal why are our taxes being used to discriminate and penalize the best behaved law abiding firearm owners within our community?

Ron Owen.

Wandering Warriors, Raising Money for Veterans.
————

Ron Owen, ‘Organiser’ introduced  Audie Moldre   CEO of the Wandering Warriors by saying,

“Welcome to the First Queensland Big Boar Hunting Competition.

First I would like to thank our great team who helped to put this event, together ‘the happy ‘few’ who have donated their time effort and money, like Neil Adams of Regional Diesel, GJ Pigs who donated the spit and pig and cooked it as well and the brilliant Weigh in team.

The hardest working Trojans, the Weigh In Team, keeping up with the Longest Tail.

The hardest working Trojans, the Weigh In Team, keeping up with the Longest Tail.

Second I would like to thank the Sponsors. Without the very generous support of the Sponsors for the prizes none of this would be possible, so please support all those on the Sponsor list. I would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Owen Guns who have all fielded a million enquiries over the last few months and the Owen Guns Trustee who allowed it all to happen at this site, and invested a few thousand in seed money for expenses, to get it going.

Prizes have already been promised for next year, so if anyone wants to do this again next year please contact me immediately after this as we want to hold it earlier in the colder months, it takes nearly a year to organise, so if its going to happen we start now.

Third, I would like to thank our Veterans, Australia’s finest, are those ‘few’ people who volunteer to put their lives, their flesh and blood in danger to prevent Enemies, murdering every man women and Child in Australia. Which would happen if they could get away with it. War is a atrocious waste of human life, it breeds misery, human words can never fully describe the horrors it inflicts on people, but when an ideology gets greedy and wants world domination, all peace loving lives are fully expendable to that cause. So our Australian young Warriors have to be sent anywhere in the world to kill our enemies, before they can get here to Australia, to kill all of us. As we are ‘few’, and they are many we have to be better at killing then they are. We have to be the most efficient users of technology we must use it to hunt the most dangerous game, Man.

As our Warriors have taken the oath, put their life on the line, for all of us, our Veterans deserve the most respect and assistance that we the beneficiaries can give them. These Veterans, are the cause that we here, serve today.

Our Country has many other enemies, Fire, Flood, Plague and 30 million Feral Pigs are a Plague, I know we all would like some more, but at the near 2 to 1 minimal reproduction rate there could be 50 million next year and so on until they eat everything, and then Australians will starve. If Feral Pigs, host a disease like Foot and Mouth, then Australia final end will arrive a lot quicker, as without a new technical break through, we could never eliminate all the pigs, or the disease.

More Piggies queuing to be weighed.

More Piggies queuing to be weighed.

I am personal fan of Pig Hunters, I believe you are ‘the tip of the spear’ the best young people ready to achieve great things for your country.

We all need to encourage an Army of pig hunters, who at times take risks. Pig hunting can be dangerous, using firearms, knives and bows is a dangerous occupation without introducing a Wild animal to the equation. So like our volunteer Firemen, you too, are all doing an exciting, truly public service for all Australians. Owen Guns and all the other many generous sponsors have fully appreciated both of these good causes, our Veterans and Australia’s agricultural survival. With these donations they have encourage both of these above crusades, breaking into main steam media which you may have noticed, is generally now supporting, our causes.

We are at a time in world events, ‘Which will try mens souls”. These World Events will get closer to our homes, and sadly our youthful pig hunters, will very quickly be standing in the same sort of Army Boots that our Veterans used to wear.

To digress, I can recall being issued a pair of size 16, Army Boots in 1963 that had 1943 stamped on there leather soles, they were 20 years old when I wore them. I knew that I walked in the footsteps of better men than me. Those that had fought in WW Two.

Hunters are experienced in Strategy, Small unit Tactics, Danger, Excitement, Camouflage, Trigger Control and can slip the knife into those vital spots.

I sincerely hope that young Australian Pig Hunters services are never called, for war service, but if they are, your skills and training for this sport, will give you personally many great advantages, which you will in turn teach to your mates, you will walk well in the footsteps of our Veterans and our Country will then be in your debt, you then, will be also the veterans, that we salute.”

CEO of Wandering Warriors responded……………..

Permits To Apply NOT Compusary under Section 35 (1) (c) Weapons Act.

Small other view
The Big News of the Month is that we had a Small Win.

The ladies from the Queensland Weapons Licencing Branch finally informed us (what the readers of this bulletin knew for 18 months that Queensland Dealers could Swap Firearms for Firearms without a Permit To Acquire Application being made or granted. What is more, they admit in there letter that no legislated changes have been made, this is all stated as Police Policy. See Link below Acquisition- Swap like for like, the Weapons Licencing Policy -01/2014. We need to all lobby our local State Members of Parliament and insist that they show who is running the State of Queensland, Parliament of the Queensland Police Force. Our elected members of parliament have to make a resolution to remove the Police Policy of (doubling up) paper work by imposing the PTA system, when the Law abiding licenced holder already has the lawful authority and excuse by have been granted a Licence by the Queensland State government to hold a firearm of that category. We should not be made to pay again the legislation in the Weapons Act 1990 does not call for that and this ‘Swap like for Like ’ change of policy is further proof of it. ron

An Un Submissive Submission On

The ability of Australian law enforcement authorities to eliminate gun-related violence in the community”.

Sub mission to Commonnwealth on gun laws

(68 pages with colour images. The submission deadline is 15 August 2014. The reporting date is 2 October 2014.)

“We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force.”

-Ayn Rand, The Nature of Government.

Introduction.

Why would a committee, paid for by public funds, be concerned with ‘gun related violence’, and not all ‘violence’? Why so specific when ‘gun related violence’ is such a small percentage of all violence perpetuated by Australia’s people, that it is undefined, no statistics. It would not suit the political agenda of removing firearms from the community, so its never produced. Surely, the ability to eliminate violence would be the aim, or goal of government. From the above terms of reference we can be certain that the aim of the committee is to eliminate guns, and they consider that the 200,000 incidents per annum of ‘violence’ in the Australian community can look after itself, as there is no evidence that ‘controlling firearms’, reduces community violence, in fact the evidence shows the reverse is true.

This submission compares firearm legislation in Australia, Britain, Canada, and the USA, with the results, which shows that the Australian State governments have made a huge mistake in following the British model. Contrary to this the Australian law abiding people, have re-armed

and put crime into a decline, similar to the USA . This is the opposite outcome to what has occurred in Britain which has similar legislation and proves that either there is no relationship between firearm legislation, firearm ownership and violent crime, or More Guns Means less Crime?

Experience has shown that Australia elected politicians, bar one, or two exceptions and all public servants who are paid by the public to review, propose and legislate have an aversion to reading, or listening to any information that does not agree with their own ingrained opinions, so for those with an aversion to knowledge we have to say it in one line. The rest of this submission is written to educate those of the public who are not in government, but who have the enquiring mind to seek the truth on this important subject.

Question 1.

“The ability of Australian law enforcement authorities to eliminate gun-related violence in the community, with reference to:”

Answer 1. The Commonwealth Government has no Ability.

Reason. 1.

THE CONSTITUTION (63 & 64 VICTORIA, CHAPTER 12) An Act to constitute the Commonwealth of Australia. [9th July 1900] has not been repealed, or amended to give any power to the Commonwealth enabling it to spend money and time on subjects it has no powers under the Commonwealth Constitution to legislate for. The Commonwealth Constitution is specific in the powers awarded to the Commonwealth Government and no mention is made of firearms or any other type of weapons.

This subject is beyond the powers of the Commonwealth and all who have been responsible for the mis direction and mis spending of the public resources should be made financially responsible to pay back the mis spent funds to the Commonwealth.

As this Committee has now been informed, put on notice, it should not proceed any further in any discussions on the matter excepting ensuring the public servants pay back the money it has spent on this area over the last twenty years. As experience has proved that Australian elected politicians and bureaucrats consider themselves a ‘Protected Species’, above and beyond the Laws of the Constitution, we have to continue with the submission as if our Constitution did not exist.

Question 2.

a. the estimated number, distribution and lethality of illegal guns, including both outlawed and stolen guns, in Australia;

Answer 2.

Estimating the lethality of illegal guns, is a nonsense, its either lethal, or its not a concern, estimating numbers is impossible as if they don’t know how many legal firearm are in the nation never mind knowing numbers of illegal firearms. (Note all State Police Registers are inaccurate and up to two years behind in entering information) distribution is something that they should have some source of information as most missing firearms are either from Commonwealth Customs, Commonwealth Post Offices, the Armed Forces or State Police. The above Government Departments hold most of the ‘bad apples’ they organise the illegal firearm trade in Australia so should be qualified to comment.

Question 3.

b. the operation and consequences of the illicit firearms trade, including both outlawed and stolen guns within Australia;

Answer 3.

As above the Customs and Police would be the most qualified and experienced to comment on the operation and consequences of the illicit firearms trade. Intelligent people would realise and understand that the States have created this illicit trade by improperly legislating on the law abiding licencing and banning honest peoples access made firearms a commodity that prior to this legislation was not a target for criminal activity. State registration of firearms and licensed shooters has established a illegal trade in all States of those registration lists that are sold by Police to criminals. This enable Criminals to pick out expensive and rare firearms to steal. This is one of the reasons that the Canadian Federal Government publicly burnt the register that it had spent two billions dollars composing. They also were brave enough to admit that during the ten years since its inception, like Australia, it had not solved, or prevented, or saved a life, or brought a criminal to justice.

 Question 4.

c. the adequacy of current laws and resourcing to enable law enforcement authorities to respond to technological advances in gun technology, including firearms made from parts which have been imported separately or covertly to avoid detection, and firearms made with the use of 3D printers.

Answer 4.

In all Australian States, all unlicenced manufacture of firearms and major component parts is illegal with huge penalties. All methods of manufacture are already covered, it even prohibits the manufacture and possession of items that can be freely purchased in hardware shops, used for 1000s of other purposes. Bureaucrats, Politicians and Police join together to build a Police State using a false pair of kid gloves. Even removing 100% of all firearms and ammunition from the Australian people will not make Australia a safer place. The human being is a tool maker, it is the main difference between the other animals on the planet. The human being will manufacture weapons even though it is prohibited. Even the closure of hardware stores and steel supplies would not prevent manufacture.

Australian Police: 10% of firearms seized are homemade

Posted June 16, 2014

Pipe Control.

“The new boss of the Firearms and Organized Crime Squad has revealed that at least 10% of firearms seized by police in NSW are homemade.

“Supt Plotecki said there was anecdotal evidence that outlaw motorcycle gangs were targeting people who have the skills to make weapons. – Earlier this year a Hells Angel prospect was caught with a homemade Uzi that police believe was a prototype he was showing his prospective employers to impress them.”

Australian Police: 10% of firearms seized are homemade

In the same article the anti-gun group ‘Gun Control Australia’ make the claim that “All guns start out legal -before they become illegal (via theft or rogue dealers)”. Certainly not standard tubing submachine guns.

Question 5.

d. the extent to which the number and types of guns stolen each year in Australia increase the risk posed to the safety of police and the community, including the proportion of gun-related crime involving legal firearms which are illegally held;

Answer 5.

Who ever wrote this should be sacked as again it is nonsense. In all States as soon as a person illegally holds a firearm the firearm is not legal as firearms have to be registered and the holder has to be licensed. Surely the person responsible for writing this drivel should have researched his question. If there is a genuine moral desire from our legislators to improve the safety of the community, they should follow the example of Canada and New Zealand of scrapping the State held registers, so criminals and police cannot access them. The increase of firearm ownership in Australia, and other western nations has reduced crime and improved the safety of the community. More Guns, Less Crime, check the import figures and the crime rates.

Quote “Customs figures show 85,035 handguns, rifles, shotguns, military firearms and air firearms were legally imported into Australia last year, up from 39,389 in 2006.

The popularity of handguns has soared, increasing from 5876 to 19,561, while imported airguns have increased from 106 to 8452.

During that time, detection of illegal firearms at Australia’s borders has fallen 66 per cent from 17,635 to 5922.”

http://www.news.com.au/national/south-australia/soaring-gun-imports-prompt-licence-questions/story-fndo4dzn-1226468517843

Question 6.

e. the effect banning semi-automatic handguns would have on the number of illegally held firearms in Australia;

Note. This  question is the dangerous one and needs as many responses with submissions to the above address as possible even if they only comprise of three lines, or just send them this submission with your personal endorsement. just say you agree with it and that is another submission. We are involved I a war of numbers, the Greens have moved this Senate Inquiry they have hardly any numbers we have millions of firearm owners and friends. The problem is the Greens are motivated and organised and we are not. It has to chance any you have to help it change, or we all will hang together. .

Tiny Markus Makalovitch Head
Re. Queensland Big Boar Hunting Championships GYMPIE 2014.

Dear Sir.

Most of your retail customers are concerned with the ‘land’, some are primary producers, or rural business people, or friends or relations of rural people. Due to these ties to the ‘land’ the benefits and problems of the land are of paramount importance to them. Even Australia target shooters are people who have connections rural Australia almost to a man they are primarily conservative and nationalistic. All of them would like to see your business name in the sponsors list for these two very worthy causes that are combined in the same event. The hunt has two main objectives, one to encourage the removal of as many feral pigs as possible, (which damage local industries and the environment) and as all proceeds go to the ‘Wandering Warriors’ veterans and their families, (organised by the SAS Queensland Association) to ensure that is the highest possible amount.

There is a third objective, that is to ameliorate communications between hunters, political leaders, media, business people and the community in general, improving the image and opening more public and private land to hunters.

Government sources place the number of Feral Pigs in Australia at 25 million. Most of these are in Queensland. Feral Pigs cost primary producers millions of dollars in damage to property and crops, control attempts by governments cost the tax payer’s millions yet feral pig numbers are still expanding. We have an opportunity to fill the need of feral pig reduction and show that recreational hunters can make a positive difference.

Please accept our invitation to attend and award your prizes at the culmination, weigh in, presentation on the 26th October 2014. The Queensland Big Boar Hunting Championships 2014 is a three-day hunt, with Bow, Firearm or Dogs for feral pigs, anywhere in our State .

If current pledges are continued to be contributed, the $20,000 dollar value of prizes will be easily surpassed. This will attract at least 500 to 600 plus nominations from hunters statewide. The list of donated Prizes from Sponsors is viewable on http://www.foaa.com.au/queensland-big-boar-hunting-championships/sponsors-please-support-these-worthy-sponsors/

The last major Feral Pig Hunt of 2013 had $12,000 of prizes and 494 competitors, and raised $26,000 for charities. The feral pigs weighed-in at 6 tons, 70 pigs in all. We hope to surpass all of these figures. Prizes will be awarded for heaviest Boar, Sow, Most number of pigs, Largest Tusk, Largest Pigs Ear, Longest Pig Tail.
TV Chef Matt Golinski has been asked by Gympie Regional Council to cook a pig on the afternoon. We have already had, two half page promotion giving positive response from the Gympie Times newspaper, and they have promised more articles before the weigh-in day. Sponsorship/promotion by the Yaffa Publications magazines ‘Sporting Shooter’ and ‘Bacon Busters’, has been promised and they have been invited to attend on the day. So to have ‘Wild Boar Australia’ and ‘Guns and Game’ magazines who have also promised Sponsorship/Promotion. National TV and local media will also be in attendance on the Sunday 26th weigh-in day.
Wandering Warrior is a charity initiative of the Queensland Branch of the Australian SAS Association. Its members are veterans of Australia’s military conflicts over the past 50 years. They volunteer their time, energy and resources to conduct events which raise funds for veteran and family focussed charities. Wandering Warriors has no paid positions. With the support of corporate Australia and the Australian community, the Wandering Warriors aim to raise badly needed funds for Wounded Veterans, and their families.

If you would like to contribute as a sponsor please phone, or email Ron on the numbers below.

Hope to see you on the day, if any further information is required please reply to this

The crucial point is that this system has employed the licensed firearm dealers in carrying out the registration process,

Thoughts for the Week.

Many Queensland dealers received an email last week from Inspector Peter Assfalg the Manager of the Firearms and Weapons Amnesty a ‘name’ I am sure that shooters will hear a lot about in the future. He shoots, he is interested,  intelligent, depending on heart and circumstance will dictate whether he makes a good mark on our fraternity, or a bad.

I suppose that if we supply him with more information we may affect the circumstance, and as I am sure he will read this missive there may be value in that. More so if we are all better informed and speak out to others make corrections in ‘letters to the editor’, Facebook and email chains we all affect circumstance. Even in a small way it changes our world as long as we all keep busy producing letters and passing them on.
Inspector Assfalg reported,
We have reached the halfway mark for the amnesty ……..should continue until 30 April 2013.
Total number of Firearms processed under the amnesty as at 18/3/13 – 3203
– average of 70 Firearms per day (2004 Amnesty 59 average per day)
2538 Firearms have been registered – 79%
635 Firearms have been destroyed – 20%
30 Firearms are being held for safekeeping pending license application by the owners – 1%
2186 Firearms processed at non-police premises – 68% (FIREARM DEALERS)
3 Stolen firearms located…
Regards Peter Assfalg.

While its good that (hopefully) that 3 people may ( if they still have a licence) have their firearms returned to them. It hardly justifies the cost to the taxpayer for the millions that this individual exercise has cost, never mind the billions of dollars wasted on the registration system and the human misery it has caused the good responsible shooters of Queensland.
While I am sad that their might have been some good firearms in that 635 going for destruction there is a lot of good that might come out of this amnesty, if we campaign intelligently.
Firearms for registration and firearms for the purpose of destruction (Owen Guns never destroy anything, just put them into our parts or museum area) have mainly (99%) been only of sentimental value. I love to see customers freely registering Daisy Red Riders and Diana Model 1s, or Shanghai air rifles, or some of the better 100 year old single shot .22s that could be lethal at both ends. In those cases we inform them that they are not safe to shoot. Some of them the headspace is so sloppy only one shot in ten will go off. Comforting to know that another 2538 have freely been adding to the 600,000 or so on the Queensland registration list. 25 million for the computer program last time maybe 50 million next time.
So if you have an old clunker, or an air rifle that cost $8.00 35 years ago, or somthing that you dug up in the vegetable patch, even if it has no number or model number, or you cannot define a maker, or that it will not even work. If its not registered do the right thing and register it under the amnesty, we charge one dollar to cover the photocoping and the fax transmission. Take it to your local dealer and add to the government’s well deserved problem.
Eventually the rubber will have to hit the road, someone will realize that it is too expensive in man hours and taxpayer funds for absolutely no benefit. No assistance at all in saving a life or identifying a criminal. In fact if the truth be known not even identifying a firearm, as numbers are not specific to an individual firearm. Unless they come up with a completely new science they never will have that. Any half intelligent criminal could follow the examples of the criminal terrorist and manufacture the weapons they need.

Besides all that, there is another benefit for Queensland shooters in this amnesty. Besides the fact that the amnesty organisation has shown up Weapons Licensing Branch by producing a list of firearms of registered firearms to each shooter who has applied to put a firearm on their licence within 10 days. As with a PTA registration, that you pay Weapons Licencing $32.20 for, more than likely you will never receive one, unless you phone plead, threaten and cajole.
The crucial point is that this system has employed the licensed firearm dealers in carrying out the registration process, (which they do anyway) but this system allows it, and makes it happen on the spot. The Dealer identify the owners shooters licence put the details on a form and then identifies the firearms details, includes it with his own details on the one sheet faxes it to the Amnesty number. Gives a copy to the owner. The owner takes his firearm home, on the spot. The staff at the amnesty type the details into their computer and send out the new list.

If they can do that with the amnesty they, ‘Weapons licensing’ can do it. That’s no cost, on the spot registration. If there is a problem the firearm, such it is stolen they have all the details and can pick it up at there convenience.

Inspector Peter Assfalg has shown and proved that it is possible. If they want to employ there hundreds of staff in more productive work they can do it, if they want to. If they just want to prove that they are ‘harassing’ the licensed shooters then they will continue with the PTA system. Licenced shooters are increasing in numbers at least 16% per year (try find a vacancy in a firearm course) they have all served out their 28 days waiting period they should not have to wait again for an obsolete PTA system.

Please all point this out to your local State representatives, your MP s the ones responsible to you as we all pay them to re – present your problems to parliament, write letters to the editor of your local paper if they do not intelligently respond. Local papers are their reflection in the re-election mirror. If you are consistent with the letters you will get much greater response from your local member. He may hate you, but he will take notice and re act which ever party he is in. If he opposed everything you say, his duty is still to represent you, and you are then telling all your neighbours that you will not vote for him due to this issue. This is the only way we can expect change for the better. Please strike a blow.

The Blood Dancers are at it Again.

In the USA the ‘Blood Dancers’ are going to make a new law, which as usual will be ignored by all but the good harmless victims. In the USA they are going to make a law, with a mechanism that is typical to what occurs in our country and most western countries.

If we lived in a just society when our leaders, after warnings, purposely left unguarded our most valuable assets, our children to be slain, we would raise up, throw them out of office. In some stricter communities they would justly put them on trial and hang them. As we can clearly see their false flag agenda. In our mollycoddled, cottonwool society controlled by the one eye god of Barbi and Ken TV commentators, where justice has long ago been sentenced to say in the history books, our leaders like John Howard and now in the USA President Obama sheds a tear and then legislates to punish the innocent who have done no wrong. We all weep, externally or within when we read of these tragedies and then weep again when we see the political mechanism grinding on the good people, leaving the original problem un addressed, leaving the repository of our women and children undefended, schools, shopping Malls, cinemas ready to be turned into morgues.

When you ban guns you make it more dangerous for the victims and safer for the criminals.

With all these tragedies, the common factor is that the teachers, or staff have been willfully disarmed by government decree, they face jail sentences if they do not obey the law, but the lawless have no regard and kill at will before an armed defender comes from somewhere.

“Guns cause violence, which is why there are so many mass killings at gun shows”????? It Never happen’s.

This makes those government representatives, those who we vote for responsible, they are in fact an accessory to mass murder by their actions of forcibly disarming teachers, parents and staff. This insures that there is never armed resistance. In every shooting as in any attack, tenths of a second count, the only ones present that have a chance of prevention are the intended victims. No amount of legislation can prevent these killings in this current one the 20 years old stole the guns, more than likely murdered to get them, the Gun Free Zone did not put him off it encouraged him.

“Washington DC’s low murder rate of 69 per 100,000 is due to strict gun control, and Indianapolis’ high murder rate of 9 per 100,000 is due to the lack of gun control.

We have admission from our Australian governments that they lose 14,000 firearms off the data system every year, we have our Police selling their service arms, we have the police and the military that have them stolen, so forget forever that the amount of firearms in the community can be controlled they have been doing that here in Australia and Great Britain for a century and it only makes it worse.

“The more helpless you are the safer you are from criminals”, So wrong it can be Dead Wrong. In the USA, in spite of waiting periods, background checks, finger printing, government forms, etc., guns today are too readily available, which is responsible for recent school shootings. In the 1940′s, 1950′s and 1960′s, anyone could buy guns at hardware stores, army surplus stores, gas stations, variety stores, Sears mail order, no waiting periods, no back-ground check, no fingerprints, no government forms and there were no school shootings.

The Blood Dancers of Policital Theatrics.

After the Columbine school shooting, I and many other writers on this subject brought up the facts that this problem was in epidemic proportions in Israeli schools until there leaders, in 1974 began a program of training and arming volunteer teachers, parents grandparents and even senior students to defend their schools. Since that time there has been no successful mass murders in Israel’s schools. So they have all known what the solution was, but instead they stay silent they plan to remove the rights of the innocent. These politicians and media hacks in every country that follow this agenda are the ‘Blood Dancers”, they are the ‘disarm the victims ghouls’ creatures who use these deaths for their own political advantage. They propose more laws, more controls on the victims leaving them to be murdered by people who will never take a seconds notice of the their stupid laws.
These ‘Blood Dancers’ want to copy the control situation of Britain where the good people are disarmed and incapable of defending themselves, and only the government and outlaws have guns. Where the gangs of fit and young men rule the suburbs, rape the women, beat the elderly to death and the good people are prosecuted for carrying a screwdriver or a pair of scissors to defend themselves. Hang on that’s not just Britain its here in Australia as well.      However in Britain where the ownership of firearms, right to own property the right to defend family and the freedom of speech make North Korea look like a free state their governments(Home Office) latest crime figures soured by 35 percent in general and criminals used handguns in 46 percent more offences that last year. Firearms were used in 9,974 recorded crimes in the 12 months to last April, up form 7,362. It was the forth consecutive year to see a rise.

On the other hand in the USA the Washington Post 18th June 2012 reported, “Last week, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announced that violent crime decreased 4 percent in 2011. The number of murders, rapes, robberies and aggravated assaults all went down, continuing a pattern. “This is not a one-year anomaly, but a steady decline in the FBI’s violent-crime rates,” said Andrew Arulanandam, spokesman for the National Rifle Association. “It would be disingenuous for anyone to not credit increased self-defense laws to account for this decline.” Mr. Arulanandam pointed out that only a handful of states had concealed-carry programs 25 years ago, when the violent-crime rate peaked. Today, 41 states either allow carrying without a permit or have “shall issue” laws that make it easy for just about any non criminal to get a permit. Illinois and Washington, D.C., are the only places that refuse to recognize the right to bear arms.” If the gun grabbers were right, we’d be in the middle of a crime wave, considering how many guns are on the streets. “Firearms sales have increased substantially since right after the 2008 election,” said Bill Brassard,

“Free speech entitles one to own newspapers, transmitters, computers, and typewriters, but self-defence only justifies bare hands”

Strange, that the media which should be the champion of ‘Rights’, attacks the right of people to defend themselves, and denies the right of people to freely own property when that same right to own firearms is the one right that can defend all rights including the right to free speech. Firearm Ownership is the one right that protects all the others. Among freedom of speech, of the press, of religion, of assembly, of redress of grievances, it is the first among equals. It alone offers the absolute capacity to live without fear. The right to own firearms is the one right that allows all “rights” to exist at all.

They are temporary Societies not Free Societies.

There is no such thing as a free nation where only the police and military are allowed the force of arms but individual citizens are not. That’s a “big brother knows best” a theatre of the absurd, a creation of a twin society where the armed military are elite task masters and the unarmed are the disposable plebs the slaves, that system has never in human history succeeded in harmonious protection of its civilians. They are temporary Societies not Free Societies.
